A Little About Me
I have graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I acquired a lab position at the University’s Dental School studying the Mechanical Properties of the Human Skin. My enthusiasm in biological and biomedical research has led me to join RiboLab in the department of Biomedical Engineering at North Carolina State University.
Born and raised in Egypt, my family and I immigrated to the United States. My extreme dedication in addition to my strong passion for the field of science has led me to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a university that is well recognized for its advancement in medical research. I aspire to pursue an advanced degree, focusing in medical research and healthcare.
Away from school and work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling to different parts of the world leading to an extended appreciation for ancient history of human civilization. I continue to volunteer in under-served areas of society both locally and internationally providing healthcare assistance per my qualifications as possible.

Future Aspirations
I plan to continue my graduate education and pursue a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy. Following the achievement of my PharmD degree I plan to have exemplary experience and knowledge that will guide me to a professional role in medical research and healthcare.
